Issue No. 1656- Third- A person cannot give zakāt to those whose maintenance is obligatory on him. Hence, one cannot give his zakāt to his children, wife, or parents. However, if they are in debt, and are not able to repay their debt, zakāt can be given to them to the extent they are able to pay their debt.

Issue No. 2295- The wool of a vowed sheep and the extent to which it grows fat are included in the vow. Similarly, the lamb given birth by the vowed sheep and its milk before it [the sheep] is used in the purpose of the vow, should also be used for the vow as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No.483- If a woman becomes pure of blood before ten days and it is probable that there is blood inside, she should check herself with some cotton. If it becomes clear that she has been pure of blood she should do ghusl and perform her worship, and if she has not been pure of blood, though dilute, she should follow the aforementioned rules relating to a ḥā’iḍ (menstruating woman).

Issue No.482- If a woman becomes pure of blood before the completion of ten days and knows that there is no blood inside, she should do ghusl for worship although she may be certain that blood will be discharged once again before the completion of ten days.

Issue No. 1417- A woman who was compelled firstly to have sexual intercourse and is satisfied during the process, must only perform qaḍā but her husband should offer two kaffāras as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No.467- A woman whose bleeding does not cease, but in two consecutive months and at a particular time, the blood has the signs of ḥayḍ, while the number of the days in which her blood has the signs of ḥayḍ are not the same each month, such a woman should also consider all the days in which the blood has the signs of ḥayḍ as ḥayḍ.

Issue No.472- Women whose bleeding does not cease, but for a few days in two consecutive months, and some of the blood they see bears the signs of ḥayḍ, and the rest bears the signs of istiḥāḍah, while the number of days in which the blood bears the signs of ḥayḍ is the same in two months with its time differing, such women should consider those days in which the blood bears the signs of ḥayḍ as ḥayḍ.

Issue No. 2114- The recommended precaution is that a woman should not fully suckle her own daughter’s child. Similarly, a woman should not fully suckle a child that the husband of her daughter has got from another wife.

Issue No. 2143- If a man wishes to divorce his wife who does not have a monthly period due to illness, etc., he should refrain from having sexual intercourse with her for three months from the time he has had the last intercourse and then divorce her.

Issue No. 2061- A woman who has been divorced three times by her husband, becomes haram to her husband. However, if she marries another man with all the conditions which will be mentioned under the rules pertaining to ‘divorce’, and then gets divorced, she can marry her first husband again.

Issue No. 2063- If the wife does not obey the husband in respect to the things which were mentioned in the previous issue, she is sinful, and the husband is not obliged to provide her with food, clothes, housing and the right of sexual intercourse, however, he still is indebted to her with respect to the mahr.

Issue No.436- If a woman sees blood for less than three days and then becomes ṭāhir, after which she sees blood for three days or more having the signs of menses which were mentioned before, only the second blood will be ḥayḍ.
