Issue No.235- The inner parts of the human body (like the inside of the mouth or nose), become ṭāhir after the removal of a najāsah. Hence, if gums bleed and the blood disappears in saliva or he spits the blood out rinsing the mouth will not be necessary. Therefore, in general if something comes into contact with a najāsah in someone's inner parts it does not become najis. However, if artificial teeth become najis they should be rinsed, as a recommended precaution.

Issue No. 1083 - If the first doubt changes into a new doubt, he should act according to the rules of the second doubt. For example, if he doubted first whether he had offered two or three rak‘ats, and later he becomes sure that he had performed three rak‘ats and doubts whether he has offered three or four rak‘ats, he should act according to the rules of the second doubt.

Issue No.601- When the deceased has willed that after the burial, his grave should be exhumed and his body be transferred to a sacred place or elsewhere, acting upon this will is not permissible as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No.172- If the mouth of a container which a dog has licked is narrow making it difficult to be scrubbed with soil, if possible, it must be scrubbed with earth and some water by a piece of cloth wrapped around a stick. If that is not possible either, soil and water must be poured into it and shaken, then the container must be rinsed in the manner mentioned above.

Issue No. 2125- If a man who has two wives and one of them suckles the child of the paternal uncle of the other wife, the wife who suckled does not become haram to her husband.

Issue No. 1696- It is obligatory to pay the fiṭrah of a guest who arrives at one’s house with the host’s consent and intends to stay for a while, before the sunset of the eve of Eid al-Fitr. However, if he has been invited for Eid al-Fitr night only, it is not obligatory on the host to pay his fiṭrah. If it was without the consent of the owner of the house, the obligatory precaution is to pay his fiṭrah. The same rule applies regarding the payment of fiṭrah if one is compelled to bear the expenses of the maintenance of another person.

Issue No.1973- If the debtor fails to repay his debts at the due time, the creditor can sell the mortgaged property and collect his debt and should give the amount in excess of his debt to the debtor, and if he has access to the Mujtahid or his representative, he should, as an obligatory precaution, get his permission in doing so.

Issue No.1855- A person who has taken a house or a shop or any other thing on lease, cannot lease it out to any other person, unless such a right has been given to him.

Issue No.1856- A person who has taken a house, a shop or a room on lease, and has the right to sublet it to someone else, cannot sublet it for a higher amount than that, unless he has carried out some work on it (e.g., repairing, white washing, or placing a cupboard or carpeting it) in which case, he takes the extra amount for the work.

Issue No.36- If najāsah reaches flowing water, only that part of the water will be najis whose smell, colour or taste changes on account of it, and the end which is connected to the spring will be ṭāhir even if it is less than kurr. However, the water on the other side of the canal will be najis if it is less than kurr, unless it is somehow connected through the unchanged portion of the water to the spring.

Issue No.502- If an immature [1] or an insane person touches a dead body, it will be obligatory on him to perform ghusl upon becoming mature and sane, respectively. However, if a child who understands the meaning of ghusl (i.e., knows that some things entail ghusl and knows how to perform it) performs ghusl, it will be in order.

Issue No. 1412- If a person intentionally terminates his fast and then travels, he will not be exempted from the kaffāra. However if he/she invalidates his fast intentionally and then an excuse like ḥayḍ, nifās or sickness occurs, kaffāra will not be obligatory upon him/her.
