Being Informed that Haraam Property is more after Paying its Khums
Issue No. 1545- If a person pays khums on halal property mixed with haram and it transpires later that the quantity of haram property was more than the khums, he should, as an obligatory precaution, use the quantity that he knows was an additional amount for a cause that both khums and ṣadaqa should be spent in.
