When Something Ṭāhir Contacts Part of a Najis Object but It Is not Known If the Part Contacted Is Najis
Issue No.145- If one knows that a part of a carpet or clothes has become najis, but does not know which part of it, and one touches a part of it, the hand that touches some part of the carpet does not become najis. Similarly, when he knows that one of two objects is najis, but he does not know which one, if one of them comes in contact with a ṭāhir object, it will not make it najis.
