When There Is a Wound on the Parts of Tayammum
Issue No.355- If a person is obliged to do tayammum, and he has a wound, abscess or fractured bone in parts of tayammum, he should perform jabīrah tayammum as prescribed in jabīrah wuḍū.

Issue No.347- If there is a wound, abscess or fractured bone in the place of wiping, and he cannot wipe it, a ṭāhir piece of cloth should be placed on it and wiped with the moisture from wuḍū, and as an obligatory precaution, he should perform tayammum as well. However, if it is not possible to place a piece of cloth on it, he should perform wuḍū without wiping and perform tayammum as well, as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.688- If the time is enough for performing one rak‘at only, he should offer the prayer with the intention of adā (in time). However, it is haram to delay offering the prayer to such a point. Therefore, if a person has enough time for offering five rak‘ats until sunset, he should offer both ẓuhr and ‘aṣr prayers as adā. The same ruling applies to the other prayers.
Issue No.534- If there is no man available to perform ghusl on the dead body of a man, his maḥram women can perform ghusl on the body. Similarly, if no woman is available to perform ghusl on the dead body of a woman, her maḥram men can perform ghusl on her body, although it is better that the ghusl is performed while the body is dressed.
Issue No.617- If the time left for prayer is short and if he goes in search of water, the time will pass, or there is a danger, it is not necessary to go in search of water, but if he can search a little, that much will be necessary.
Issue No.526- If Sidr and camphor are not available to the required extent, then the available quantity should be mixed with water as an obligatory precaution, and if they are not available at all, ghusl should be performed on the dead body only with water.

Issue No.145- If one knows that a part of a carpet or clothes has become najis, but does not know which part of it, and one touches a part of it, the hand that touches some part of the carpet does not become najis. Similarly, when he knows that one of two objects is najis, but he does not know which one, if one of them comes in contact with a ṭāhir object, it will not make it najis.
Issue No.32- If a najis thing contacts less than kurr water, it makes it najis (as an obligatory precaution). However, if it is poured over a najis object, only that part which contacts the najis thing will become najis. If less than kurr water is shot up, like in fountains, and contacts a najis object, the lower part will not become najis.
Issue No.35- Even if it is less than kurr, flowing water does not become najis upon contact with any najāsah, unless its smell, colour or taste changes due to that najāsah.
Issue No.220- If a cluster of sour grapes that has some ripe grapes in it is juiced and boiled it is neither haram nor najis as long as it is considered “sour grape juice”.
